WHITE LABEL USE OF DESIGNS
Designs sold by Spec Binder are copywirtten and owned by us in all forms. Our designs are intended for white label use by the direct purchasers of our products therefore it is not necessary to give design credit to Spec Binder when using these designs.
LICENSE TO REUSE & RESELL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers who purchase our products are permitted (and encouraged!) to resell and reuse their design downloads as many times as they like. Feel free to use the design on multiple projects or for multiple clients. We only ask that you do not resell or share these design downloads to/with other professionals who charge for their services. This includes contractors, developers, builders, and other creative professionals. We take copyright infringement seriously and will pursue legal action against any customer who violates these terms. If you acquired a design from Spec Binder without making a purchase, you are using it illegally and we will legal action against you.
ESTIMATED MATERIAL COSTS PER SQ FT
All estimated material costs published on this website are intended to be used as reference only and represent our best judgment as professionals familiar with design and construction. These estimated costs do not imply or guarantee the total final costs of producing the design.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
